Our body is like a temple and our minds in it is like a tenants. That is why people have to learn how to satisfy both physical and mental sides. Nowadays most people do not care about their inner harmony. Hopefully, there is a lot of simple ways to keep our body and minds sound.
To begin with, everything begins from mental condition. If people are in bad mental condition they lose their physical condition immediately. Firstly, people who do yoga or meditate are often very strong mentally. They clear their minds and relax, thus their body recovers from stress. Secondly, good motivation and positive thinking leads to less stress. In the end, sound minds leads to better immune system and better physical body condition .
