Nowadays a lot of people get stressed of over financial difficulties, family crisis or other things. Most of the people think that stress is really bad for them. But they do not know that stress has both disadvantages and advantages.
To begin with, stress has a lot of disadvantages. First of all, stress can weaken the immune system and cause high blood pressure, fatigue, depression and anxiety which can turn into serious diseases. Secondly, too much adrenaline which is produced when you are stressed out can be harmful to your heart. It can change the arteries and how their cells are able to regenerate. Furthermore, stress can even be the reason of a person’s death. It is known that people who experienced a lot of stress in the previous year had a forty three percent increased risk of dying.
