Book review: “13 reasons why“ by Jay Asher
Book review: “13 reasons why“ by Jay Asher.
“13 reasons why“ is an young-adult fiction novel written by Jay Asher. The book tells a story of a young girl called Hannah Baker who committed a suicide. Before killing herself she recorded 7 different stories on cassette tapes about people who somehow affected her life, mostly in a negative way, and they are one of the contributing reasons why she took her own life.
The main idea of this book is that everything what you say or do affects other people without you realising it. It makes the reader think about how he treats others and how it makes them feel. The novel allows insight into the inner world of a person who is suffering from bullying and thinking about suicide.
