Or more employees. What is the difference between the profit and loss account and the balance sheet? There are few types of ratio. Profitability. Liquidity. Return on investment.


So if company exceed at least two of the followings it may be named like large business.

Furthermore, all businesses need cash to survive. It might be needed to setup the business, or it might be needed to pay the bills. If the firm does well, it may need money to help it expand and move into new premises. For example, small companies like Applewick needs cash to pay a mortgage on the farm buildings, rates for the farm, to buy seeds, animal food and fertilizer from suppliers, to pay wages to the workforce, and to pay interest on a loan for the machinery.
