Working in today‘s competitive economy is rather difficult. Companies seek high revenue and because of that employees must work hard in order to satisfy their employers. Although some of the people are doing their work properly, most of them are not. For example, it has been estimated that around 68 % of Americans hate their jobs, thus often slack off during their work hours. To cope with employee’s procrastination many companies have taken necessary measures – they started monitoring their workers. The electronic monitoring, which is said to be the most efficient way to track your employee’s actions, is getting more and more popularity amongst the employers because of three reasons.
