Work can be done by one person or a group. Both options have good and a bad side. The group - it is a human community whose members share any common feature (general activity, relationships, common interests, belonging to the same organization). Each work group have two goals: achieving the purpose of the work task and personal satisfaction.
Group work has a lot of benefits as every person has different ideas, experience and sees everything in his own way. Group work starts with good relationship between colleagues. They must listen to each other and respect everyone’s opinion, also they need to be open to new ideas and accept others the way they are. The job can be done much quicker if group shares the jobs to do. Also it is much more interesting work with someone than do everything alone.
