Healthy and junk food.
That‘s why we should eat healthy food because that food preservs and protects our body from diseases. It contains vitamins, proteins and minerals. For example fresh fruit increase our energy level quickly and then we feel much better. There is just one disadvantages of preparing healthy food that it takes a lot of time, but it‘s not a huge problem. That‘s why I try to eat healthy food. I always try to eat a small portions and didn‘t eat food too fast, because then we eating more than we really need, but as all the people my eating habits are almost the same.
