All of these products can be divided in 5 groups: Breads, grains & other starches Fruits and vegetables Meat, fish & other protein Milk and dairy food fats, oils and sweets.
Grain products – B group vitamins carbohydrates, dietary fiber, minerals. It is a sources of protein.
Fruits contain vitamin C and folic acid, enchancing resistance to infetious diseases and stress. Vegetables contain many trace minerals and dietary fiber.
Meat and fish products group contains - protein, iron, vitamins and minerals.
From milk and dairy products the body receives valuable protein and calcium.
The second if we want to be healthy, prevent heart diseases or obesity is to cut down food which contains a lot of fat (oil, butter, candies, sour cream), carbohydrates (pasta, potatoes, bread, honey) and especially give up sugar in tea or coffee.
