Healthy living is very important in our life. However lots of people are still smoking cigarettes. In my opinion, giving up is the best thing smokers can do to improve their health.
The diagram shows that there are many important factors in helping smokers to quit. Concerning about personal health is the most effective one. Also, family and friends opinion means a lot to smokers. It is mention that the price of tobacco products can also be a factor to give up smoking. So people should think about the money that they could save. In addition there are more factors such as smoking restrictions in public places, concerning about the effect on non-smokers, warning labels on tobacco packages and so on.
