How important is sport in people's lives.
We should acknowledge from the start that nowadays sport is necessary in people’s lives. Sport is really important, because it’s one of the best ways to enhance our health both mentally and physically. In my view there are several reasons why I believe in sport.
What is more, doing sports can improve mental health and physical health of humans. Exercising are helpful for people with depression and many other mental disorders, because it releases good chemicals into our brains. It also boost people self-confidence and makes people feel better about their bodies, which can make them happier, and reduces the risk of eating disorders.
