Exams are important in all of our lifes. They show us our intelligence, mental and physical strength level. Usually, we are afraid not of the exam it self, but if we won‘t get the highest score. So, how should we fight stress, which we feel becouse of the exams?
First of all, to supress the stress we should have more optimistic toughts. We have to think only about positive things. We could think about how we will celebrate if we will pass all of our exams with good scores, or convince our self that it won‘t be that hard if we will study. Optimistic toughts has a calming effct to our brains and it let‘s us to focus on the most important thing at the moment – exams.
