It's high time most of us went on a digital media diet. Could you. To be honest. Of course. Don’t. Have a. Eating disorders.
Have you ever thought how many hours you have spent in front of various screens and monitors? And what useful things could you have done instead. I think it’s time to start thinking about it. I definitely agree with a statement that we should begin to limit the time we spend on digital media.
First and foremost, even though emerging technologies give us a lot of new ways to communicate with each other, people are actually getting alienated. Nowadays, the vast majority of youth mostly interact with friends by chatting on SMS messages or other apps like Facebook, Snapchat, Viber and so on. Well, to be honest, I liked it more when people actually gathered to hang out and spent time together. Of course, we still do it now and then, but it’s obvious that people don’t feel as open and free to talk as they do on messages.
