I am writing to describe the negotiation process between me and Mr. Dagoš from Germany shoes manufactory. They were interested in our new Italian shoe’s line. We were discussing about delivery time and place, price, discount and returns. As a main sales manager in our company I can say that the negotiation was successful and we have got all needed benefits.
We bargained on the delivery time for over an hour before we agreed that we can deliver him shoes one month after receiving order. Location set as we have decided. We will have two main warehouses points in Frankfurt and Munich, later it will be convenient to transport the goods to Poland, in this way we will be saving resources, time and money.
