The Industrial Revolution was the beginning of traditional organization structure. In the beginning before the revolution, people had small businesses, and there was no need for strict management structure. When the mass production increased then the businesses started to develop the traditional organization structure and the result of this is the companies what we see now. This evolution led us to the vertical pyramidal framework that is the functional organizational structure.

Such companies structure relies on divisions of labour, in time simple workers is trained and in time they become expert specialists which later helps to improve processes, create innovations, it makes training easier and when there is some problems it gets sorted more quickly because the company has experts.

This department is responsible for growing revenue, increasing market share and contributing to company profitability and growth. The senior member takes responsibility for marketing strategy, for example to increase share in specific market sector or entering a new sector. Market research is key responsibility for the marketing department, it helps to gain better understanding of customer needs, market opportunities, to understand competitors weaknesses and strengths, so the company can take action to protect an existing customer or win business from weak competitor.

Moving forward into a manufacturing future, that’s better for customers and employees.

I think it’s short and inspiring as it should be. And actually it fits for this company, because they set for themselves very high goal and this is what I feel in this mission statement, it’s like moving forward and the future, this statement is perfect for this company.
