Research topic is Shock advertising effect on human psychology. I chose this topic because advertising and psychology are inseparable things.Shockvertising is a type of advertisinggenerally regarded as one that deliberately, rather than inadvertently, startles and offends its audience by violating norms for social values and personal ideals.The main goal of myresearch is to explore the shock advertising effect on human psychology and also find out what kind of impact (positive or negative ) shocking advertising makes for the behavior of different age groups and cultures. I was also interested to find out how people react to social shocking advertisement and how they react to commercial shocking ads.I started this exploration without any preconceived attitudes therefore many questions have raised by reading other author’s articles. Important question- when shock advertising is effective and when it oversteps all boundaries and become harmful?
