Summer jobs abroad
Summer jobs abroad.
Most people see the summer as a time to travel or simply relax somewhere near the sea but for students of all ages, it's the perfect time to start a summer job. It is an incredible opportunity to add some cash to your pocket, experience to your CV and it could even compliment your aspirational career paths.
However, there are some jobs that require more than just a simple English language. Norway, for example, has recently started looking for a “brainy” workforce to fill up the vacancies of tour guides. This job requires not only fluent English, but also good Norwegian and the knowledge of the country. In order to succeed in their job, generally all tour guides need to speak the local language, know the history and the culture of the country they work in. They should also be self-assured so they could speak in front of the large groups of people without the fear.
