First of all I don’t food with a lot of sugar which is not being burned in sports, becomes fat. So you need to calculate the collories of the day and don’t exeed the limit. So I recommend you to eat more salads, vegetables and fruits, but don’t eat fruits before you go to sleep because in fruits are much for sugar and you can’t burn that at night.
