Eating sweet things helps to improve one’s mood.


There are some facts that eating sweet things helps to improve one’s mood. In my opinion, sweet food can really sometimes help to boost people’s mood and make them feel better. However, it is a temporal effect as sweets may not be the healthiest solution to happiness.

To begin with, according to some scientists processed sugar increases endorphins that can boost people‘s mood. Also, one study found that a bit of chocolate makes people more willing to help others. So, my impression is that sweet food can elevate one‘s mood.
