Today I’m going to speak about healthy eating and the Lithuanian cuisine. First about healthy eating. Nowadays most of people eat a lot of junk food and drink fizzy drinks. Mostly people start eating healthy food, when they have overweight, want to change lives habits or they are sick. I think everyone should start eating healthy food, because it makes you look and feel better, it can also save your money on future health costs. First of all, you should cut down on fat, salt and refined sugar, fizzy drinks, sweets and chocolate. Don't eat chips and hot-dogs every day. You should start eating cereal foods, starchy vegetables, lean meat and fish, fruit and vegetables, pulses and nuts.
