It is obvious that nowadays our society lacks of tolerance and it is essential to change that. Thus, on 16th of November an International Day for Tolerance and its aim is to promote respect and mutual understanding between people of different race and colour, religion and belief, ethnicity and tradition.

To begin with, speaking about marking the International Day for Tolerance at our school, I believe it is marked quite significantly. We have a whole day devoted for foreign languages. On this day there are various events organised at our school such as choir performances as well as international project presentations and meetings. In addition, our school holds the annual ‘Week without bullying’ and during this week pupils are encouraged to be more tolerant and friendly towards the others.
