In conclusion, management is the organizational process that includes strategic planning, setting, objectives, managing resources, deploying the human and financial assets needed to achieve objectives and measuring results. Management is distributed into many sorts, which performs different roles and have different forms of structure. Also, there is many differences between managers and administrators, althoug they might seem the same.
