However, healthy eating must be accompanied by regular exercising. Honestly, I usually go to the gym after school and I exercise at least half an hour. Despite keeping my body fit, it boosts my mood as well! When weather I go to run at stadium and run as much as I can. What is interesting, I downloaded app “30 day fitness challenge”, it gives a wide ranges of exercises and always remind me to move. To sum up, I reckon that I exercise enough to stay my body fit.
