The main woman goal is to give a birth to a child, but nowadays more and more women put their career above family creation. In 19 century women got the same rights as men. As a result, now females spend less time at how, educating their children and that is the main disadvantage of working women.

One the one hand, every woman should give a birth for a baby, because it is necessary for procreation and only woman is able to do it. Furthermore, for baby it is very important to get enough love and attention from mother.
