Genetically modified food.

Genetically engineered food is also known as genetically modified (GM) food. These food items are made by inserting genes of other species into their DNA. Due to the advances in genetic engineering agriculture became more and more productive. However the question arises, what will be the effects of GM food on future generations?

On one hand genetically modified food is very beneficial. It could be true solution to the problem of famine. For example, with cows producing more milk, crops demanding less water, growing faster, we can save lives of starving people.
