Self apraisal

This is my second year in Business school of University of Northampton. And I can easily say that working on assignments within the group is not quite what I have expected to be. I was hoping that it is a lot easier then I though. I was expecting that everyone would work equally and the assignments would be finished off quickly and without a problem. I would like to evaluate my group work on ‘Systems quality’ presentation.

First of all, I would like to cover our group’s preparation for this presentation. In my opinion it could be done a lot better. We have met only once and discussed what everyone in the group will be doing. And I am one of these people who needs more help from the others and who needs more detailed discussion about what we need to do. I felt a little bit uncomfortable, while the other group members looked really relaxed and confident.
