One of many problems in poor countries is that professionals, such as doctors are leaving their own poor countries to work in more developed countries. The end result of this is that many people are dying from many preventable diseases, such as diarrheal diseases, tuberculosis, malaria and AIDS. There are many ways to help solve this problem and here are a few.
The first solution is to lower the taxes for all the necessary proffesions. This solution would not only not hurt employers, but in the long run, help out the government. Lowering taxes would increase the amount of money the so needed pros would be earning and it would not only keep the current proffesionals in the country, but it would definitely attract the future generations to study for that proffesion and stay in their home country.
