Young people’s crime statistics waves each year. Currently there is not large jump up, but the other thing increases worry – teenagers commit more serious and violent crimes. According to psychologists, teenager is aggressive if he feels unsafe in his family. This is the reason why I do not agree that everyone in the community is responsible for the way young people behave. In my opinion, family and everyone person himself is responsible for his behavior.

Firstly, parents make the main influence for their children’s behavior and the state of their mind. A child must feel safe in his family and there he must get the basics of moral norms. Nowadays it is very common to give too much freedom, no rules and responsibilities for children.
