I am writing to express my complaint about certain inconveniences on the trip organized by your agency. The inadequacy of the services promised, led me to the realization that as a loyal customer, I would prioritize other travel agencies services.

To begin with, the description of the brochure, promoting the greatest comfort, being erroneous. Not only, that during the main part of this trip,a.k.a. the concert, the view was restricted, meaning that throughout all the events we had to stand with our necks bent, but also there was a significant contrast between the seats that we and our companions got.
